Sample story for label news: signings, partnerships, events and anything that is not a release.

This is a sample press release used to demonstrate the layout. It is not a Lonely Records announcement.
The opening paragraph carries the news: who is releasing what, in which format, and when it is available. Journalists often quote it word for word, so keep it to two or three sentences.
The second paragraph gives context. Where the record was made, who worked on it, and what makes it different from what came before. Facts first, adjectives second.
A short quote from the artist can follow here, in their own words. Only use quotes the artist has approved for publication.
Close with availability: streaming platforms, physical formats, and any dates that matter. Interview and review copy requests go to the press office address below.
